Well I had to buy it as it is part of my youth and now it cames remastered in a fancy package disguised as an old book, so...

Fernandel in his bigest commercial success or at least is longest.
The first and second part were filmed by Julien Duvivier are touching and enjoyable, they never reach any thing great but I am fond of them.
Classic.
