who will pay top dollars for just about anything because they think there is value in it.For example:
1). Modern porn where the emphasis is on life style marketing etc, other than porn.
2). Real estate, because they think it can only go up, not down.
3). Penny stocks, etc.
I usually get upset when I see innocent people being taking advantage of.
