Mine too! I even bought ( still have ) the disc. At the time it was quite revolutionary to add an " Arab " soundtrack in a French film with a big budget.
Who sang " Let me dance you into the night " Leonard Cohen, I think.
Beau Tavail, one I will have to look back sometimes.
Even stronger in my fading memory was " Passion in the Desert ".
Like when you got a high temperature fever, it goes round and round in your body and your head. Like a ritournelle.
Mesmerizing, you would say.
