The story of the early days of radio (focusing on the tragic figure Edwin Armstrong as well as David Sarnoff and Lee DeForrest) makes for compelling drama. Those interviewed are uniformly good (particularly Norman Corwin), and with a 2 hour running time, the fat is left on the cutting room floor.I enjoyed Baseball (primarily because I'm a huge fan) but I could have done with a lot more Buck O'Neill and a lot less Stephen Jay Gould and Doris Kearns Goodwin. A lot of great players were ignored, too-Stan Musial is the most glaring omission.
