The " New German " films don´t work for me since Fassbinder death, yes some of the Schlöndorff can do the trick, but certainly not the so polished politically so correct commercially German film industry. And above all not an actor like Schweiger the pale copy of a pale B.Pitt.
But watch out, there are sign of renaissance here, new directors and new films are coming.
I have not see them, yet.
