Typical serial killer tracked by the FBI agent who is on probation. Clint did it better. Couple of idiot plot devices, like when the Highway patrolman stops the "killer" realizes he is suspicious, and tells him to go into his car and get the keys out.
Guess what he comes out with imntead of the keys?
And the horrible editing where each 5 seconds there is a camera angle switch. Annoying. Kingley is OK, the guy is barely passable, and the inevitable woman cop is stiff as a board. She runs well. A few real scary scenes. OK.
