I moved to Philadelphia in February 1984 and was able to catch a couple of night shoots for "Witness". These were done in one of the seamier sections of center city. A location laden with sex shops and bars (at the time). None of this seemed to make it into the movie and I always wondered what the movie would have looked like with those scenes in there.
