But there's is an incredible aspect of love (or is this just instinct to keep the species going?).
The shots of the parent penguins, when the mother returns to the male who's been guarding the egg during the hardest months & they're just rubbing beaks & stuff, is unbelievable.
But, don't get reborn as an Emporer penguin!

When I saw the movie, the director was invited after the screening to answer questions.
He was obviously completely moved/blown out by the penguins life-style and a little embrassed by having to (?) add a dumb voice-over to pass it for major audiences.
