Most documentaries about films being made are just commercials for the film in question...like HBO's "First Look". But Eleanor Coppola's documentary on the making of "Apocalypse Now" is pretty good. And George Lucas's film about the shooting of Coppola's "The Rain People" has a couple of things in it that wouldn't be in a puff piece today, either.
