October 25 is the street date for the special edition box set of this 1997 blockbuster. The main attraction will be 58 minutes of previously unseen footage which can be viewed separately or (through seamless branching) as a part of the film. A new high definition transfer will be spread over two discs. An alternate ending will be provided. Documentaries and other features will be included. I don't know if DTS-EX will be an option. Available as a pre-order from Amazon right now.
