Bought Galaxy Quest, had some friends over for lasagna, cheap wine, and a good movie. Realised this movie is perfect for Trekkies,
but just a pleasant Sat matinee diversion for most. For Star Trek fans: 9.5 out of 10
The thing i like about detective stories, is that they offer a glimpse of a different way of life. Whether it takes place deep in the Bayou, or 400 years in the future on Mars; the chance to experience a
different world is the reason for going.
The 13th Floor is a bit weak in this regard. It's not a bad movie, just nothing special. Say about 6 out of 10.
