yes I liked it very much. Quirky, weird. Notice how Malkovich blew everyone else off the screen? You hardly noticed any of the other actors once he appears. I loved Orsen Bean in that too. Nice to see him back. I pretty sure I know where that ditch is.Warning about "Better off Dead". This is a teen explotation film. Target audience is 14. It is silly and juvenile. Most of it is really awful. But, there are moments of real brilliance, and the funny bits are side-splitting. Cusack at his best. Like much of this genera of comedy, it improves with age, becoming funnier the more times it's seen.
I'd rank it with "Airplane". Mostly stupid, frequently dull, but when it's good it's as good as it gets.
