Nicholas Cage stars and narrates this tale of a Ukrainian born American arms dealer. Much like "Goodfellas", it is told chronologically and takes plave in many countries, most notably Liberia. Cage is relentlessly pursued by an ATF agent until the suprprise ending. I enjoyed this one and it has some humorous lines.
