TV Asylum, Alias. WTF? Not too shabby

So I've only missed what, the last three years? Seen 3 whole episodes. Two repeats on TNT the last two days, and tonight's.
Not bad at all. Mrs. Nasty hates it so thats usually a good sign as her ability as a contra indicator is second to none.
Some thoughts,
Although the shows do have some humor, the overall mood of the epis I've seen is quite dark. I likes that. Not a lot of snappy one liners. Also good. Besides Bruce Willis has used up all the gooduns years ago.
Is Sydney ever happy? WTF is with her Dad? And that Bob Balaban looking guy, is he her step father? Wheres her sister Nadia? She's in the TNT reruns (early 2005 episodes I guess), she isn't in tonight's epi. Not dead huh? Wouldn't surprise me as they seem to kill off pretty important characters. Saw the last half of last season's finale. Her father told her some shit about her mom, I didn't get it all, is it important? Should I care? Should I keep watching? Or keep spinning vinyl and reading from 7-8:00CDST on Thursdays? Was the frozen guy actually coming back to life tonight? Love the continuing story line thing. Kinda makes you pay attn. Like Arrested Development, only different. Plus Jennifer Garner's cans are more developed than either Portia De Rossi's skeeter bites or Charlize Theron's medium sized Navel oranges. Excuse the rant. Must be the steroids.
