In New York, no less. Funny, everytime I visit with them, they do not appear to be suffering feelings of being "branded". Perhaps this "branding" is a South American Italian thing? Or perhaps, historically, Italians and Sicilians were organized crime? Or did Hillary's rightwing conspiracy rewrite history to impugn Italian Americans? Or perhaps you are projecting your own prejudices and easily shaped mind onto others? Yea, I think the latter.
