Bobby hasn't been at his best for awhile but I thought he was pretty good in Heat--- and the same holds true for Al.
Bobby should branch out to European cinema. Brando came back after a long decline in Last Tango. I don't know why DeNiro doesn't team up with one of the fine "art" directors around in so many countries (hell, we have some right here at home!).
I guess he's quite the mogul in NYC. Maybe he just doesn't care and is content to cruise on his laurels, confident of his place in history? 'tis a pity, if that's the case. He does have rare talent.
