Flight Plan featured a nicely escalating performance from Jodie, a suitably evil villain, and a good amount of chills and thrills. In other words, a good "professional" entertainment. Sometimes one can appreciate a good chocolate sundae without dreaming of profiterroles (I know, I know... spelling!).
