Once again Reno plays a beat-to-crap-looking, world-weary, cop/criminal in a well done film that is good French Crime stuff. The plot starts as two parallel stories that converge and mix then twist and turn for two hours. It's a combo mystery, action flick, with a light twist of sci-fi. Only the French could conceive and pull this off deftly. Entertaining, well done with the highest production values. Too bad Hollywood can't do Brit or French Crime . . it would make film going here a lot more appealing.
