Not making any new Holocaust-related films. Making one on the cost of war based on the experience of Bedford, VA, which lost more young men on D-Day per capita than any other US community. The film is about the town and how it has coped with loss, not about D-Day per se.

Trying to finish a film about people who invent new musical instruments, for which I need to raise completion funds.

I've received a small NEH grant for a film exploration of the ancient Japanese novel The Tale of Genji, and it's vast influence over the creative work of other artists.

Hope to start soon (no kidding!) on a little independent doc about the wacky world of high end audio!! That one I'll shoot myself and I'm working with a good friend who's a field sound recordist.

Last, I'm doing a contract job directing a video for the US Army about the Army's new sex assault prevention and response policy.
