We just watched it a month or so ago, but I already have forgotten some of the details. Yes, Tessa did interview him in her investigation. As I remember, the doc explained to Justin that he participated in a trial of the drug and some of his patients died. His documentation of those deaths is what was covered up.Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
