I used to live in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Netflix has a branch in Lansing and I got 90% of my movies from that location with excellent turn around time. Mail the movie back on Monday morning and have another movie on Wednesday.I have also used Blockbuster on line and had numerous problems like getting the wrong DVD in a correctly labeled envelope eight times in a row. However, they did send me a coupon for a free in store rental each time I complained about the situation. My opinion is that most of their employees are morons.
