Performance artist Miranda July wrote, directed, and stars in this off beat comdedic look at love and attraction. She plays a budding video performance artist who falls for a down and out shoe saleman undergoing a divorce. The film also involves his two sons, a pervert colleague of his, and two sex obsessed teenage girls. The film won several awards at both the Cannes and Sundance festivals. I saw it twice and enjoyed it both times.
