The Transit Films/Murnau Foundation 270 minute restoration (Eureka, Region 2, PAL; see link below) is excellent, which is something the reviewer should've discussed at greater length on the eve of the July 18 release of Kino's Region 1 authorized edition. The cover art (above) on Kino's release is pretty dreadful IMO, even though it may be from an actual period poster (I haven't verified this, and maybe it's just an aesthetics thing, but I like the look of Eureka's packaging better).>>> "He errs in his first paragraph: in the last scene of "Silence of the Lambs," Hannibal is seen strolling away, tilting the fedora on his head.
