It ran on Sundance or IFC a few months a go and I missed the beginning so i rented it from Netflix. I really liked the visual style and terrific imagination apparent in every frame of this movie, and no it is not the highest grade CGI but that almost adds to the surreal quality - cartoon like characters mixed with real actors. Agreed, Linda Hardy caught my eye and looks great in blue!
This movie is a little lumpy in spots, it is not really clear as to how Jill got to Earth etc. but who cares? The main story of a god looking for a compatable woman to carry his child and a compatable man he can use as a vechicle to impregnate her was excecuted in an interesting manner with inventive bad guys trying to break it up. I do not know how a movie this goods gets no recognition in the states but am glad some artists persist with their visions and push to make this sort of thing. If you want to see a futuristic science fiction movie put this on your short list.
