This is one of the most perfectly realized films I can remember seeing. This is a very heartfelt movie about living life. It is directed in a manner similar to Eric Rohmer films where scenes take place in front of a camera in a very uncontrived way.I do not have a synopsis except to say it is about the life of a family which includes an 8 year old boy, a teenage daughter, a father a mother and also a grandmother. At the end you will know every one of them perfectly, having lived their lives with them in great clarity and sometimes it is a joyous ride and sometimes there is drama.
If you have 3 hours and really want to devote yourself to a movie do yourself a favor and rent Yi Yi (A One and a Two).
