Originally available only as part of the Kubrick DVD box set, this excellent documentary is now available by itself. It traces Kubrick's life and his films one by one, with commentary by actors (Nicholson, Ustinov), associates (Harris, Trumbull), and other directors (Scorcese, Spielberg, Pollack). The film is narrated by Tom Cruise. It is an excellent introduction to Kubrick and his work.
