LIke many here I fall again for Audrey Heoburn each time I see one of her films. Here, drunken screenwriter William Holden has been living it up for weks in Paris instead of working on a commisioned screenplay and he now has two days tro write it. He hires secretary Hepburn and the two begin to work on many variations as Holden plies her with sumptuous food and drink. They each appear in the various scenarios and there are many spoofs of Hollywood culture and conventions. Naturally they fall in love but run into some complications. Tony Curtis has a small speaking part, as does Noel Coward. marlene Dietrich and Mell Ferrar have uncredited cameo appearences. Enjoyable but you must be in the mood for this sort of thing.
