Pete, you need to go to the earlier, cheaper shows. While the kiddies are
in school. And the a**holes with cell phones are still at work
(hopefully). In truth, I have not been in a theatre more than 5 times
in the last 5 years. And I think 3 of those times were at the
big screen/killer sound system theatre of which there is only one left
in Denver, the remainder being multiplexes.I used to really like the movies, but no longer. Maybe I got older.
Maybe I got smarter. Maybe the movies just go a lot worse. Maybe
I just dont give a crap anymore.And if I were you, I wouldn't drop the bucks on a home theatre. Too
damn expensive. Buy yourself a high quality tv and dvd player, and
be content with that - it'll get you 95% of the way there.Mike.
