Mario himself fears to tread here. Just a reminder, the speed limit is only 25 (ha!).
the joke about William Penn: Starting at the art museum, take a drive towards city hall, and keep your eyes on William Penn (don't worry about where you're driving, nobody has insurance in the city). Let me know when you can see his charter.
