I knew it was about magic - but I went anyway. I knew it had Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale who were magician rivals a long time ago - but I went anyway. I knew it would probably be a hollow shell of a movie - but I went anyway. You probably know enough about the premise so I will tell you, this movie did almost nothing for me, it looked neat and flashy - a bad sign- it just had no substance. The ending was kind of neat, if it had come 40 minutes sooner I would have enjoyed it more.
Also there is too little of Piper Perabo, what a shame, also Michael Caines role was not very instrumental to the movie.
Sorry to be such a Wilbur Whiner but thumbs down from me.
