Copying Beethoven..I honestly don't know

...if I should recommend this one or not. Hypothetical story of Beethoven's last three years. Ed Harris is terrific in the title role, even tho he is profoundly deaf at some points, apparently not at others. A little odd. He can't shout the dialog throughout the movie.
The soundtrack. I was expecting lush versions of the 9th etc. Somehow the soundtrack did not have the audio fidelity I had hoped for. Like listening to0 the 9th on a boom box. Theater sound system or movie..I don't know. It needed work.
