Unless you know of another location known as "The Hot Gates." Cretins living on the mountain top? Must have missed that. there was no attempt to avoid the word "Thermopylae." There was no deliberate attempt to be ambiguous about what historical event was being portrayed. If it isn't in there it was only becuase "The Hot Gates" sounded cooler.
