Have any of you seen Palindromes? It's a US movie from 2004. It deals with some very twisted and confronting subjects. So twisted I'm not really sure what it's about (at a basic level it's about teen pregnancy). Anyway, it was intensely weird, perverted and grotesque yet at the same time very touching. The scenes with the Christian family were scary and hilarious all at once.

The director is Todd Solondz who is apparently known for his outre films, although I've not seen any of his others.
