I have a poster for this someplace, courtesy of a friend of a friend who worked at an adult video store. I haven't found an appropriate place to display it, though. I suppose it would look good next to the poster for "Pecker". :)

I picked up some Japanese DVDs when I was in Akiba; I don't entirely get the maid outfit and cat ear thing, though.
