...is "The Boxer's Omen", which apparently goes by the name of "Mo" as well. Very outlandish, absurdly excessive and it absolutely wallows in its own pools of overtly lo-fi & surreal imagery. It comes on like an extremely gonzo version of the Chinese Ghost Story films. Kind of hard to come by (I got mine from a tape trader), but worth keeping your eyes out for if you're into this type of thing.
