The fact that he saw them as beautiful and was trapped in a body/situation that made it impossible to act on being drawn to them was a big part of communicating his imprisonment.
As I posted to tin... here's one of the therapist's (or the woman taking dictation)... she looks pretty darn good to me..."You can safely assume you have created God in your own image when he hates all the same people you do."
