6 million dollar man..on video?

Does anyone know if that old tv sci-fi 6 million dollar man series has been released on DVD?Im primairly interested in the 4 episodes featuring the Venus Probe.
remember that contraption?
Was the probe made from a small tank or who designed the thing?
interesting piece of combat machinery
