Romania in the mids 80s two female college students, Gabita and Otilia, go about arranging and executing an illegal abortion for Gabita who is 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days pregnant. The dialogue is very believable and smart and the film itself is very stark and natural in it's depiction of this event, you get drawn into it very deeply. You know exactly what is going on and feel their fear and anxiety.

I had this movie for about 6 weeks before watching it because I knew it would be quite a difficult to watch and it is but it is also brilliant and among the best movie's I have seen in recent years.
