OK! OK! NOT Citizen Kane. A noisy and violent movie with average acting and dialog. Kinda reminded me of Training Day as unbelievably rogue cops do as they please, it is nerve racking to think of, but it turned out to have a plot and was not too terrible as long as you know what you are getting into. Forrest Whitaker Hugh Laurie and Keanu Reeves.

Kinda fun and goes by quick enough. Not exactly a recommendation but if you like this sort of thing - see it.
