Rachel Getting Married.
I thought one scene went on a few shots too long but otherwise, for me, it was pretty much perfect. Acting (lots of improv), writing/story, directing, etc. all spot on. It really felt like being a fly on the wall while the events were taking place.
Here's a good article on Jonathan Demme's (borrowed) philosophy on sound/music (a major element in the film) and the challenges of accomplishing it...
