Caine is a great choice.
I'd add "Cider House Rules", "Blood and Wine" and "Sleuth" (the original) as fine Caine works.
Still very effective even in brief "Batman" bits.
Not sure who I'd add... but Johnny Depp would be on a short list if I ever compiled one.
