It was when he had that short-lived TV series in the 80s. I was walking on 6th Ave. in midtown and he was just kind of standing there, kind of glaring at me. Turns out that when I came around the corner, I had walked right into a block they'd closed off for a shoot and they were setting up for a scene. It was a cold, snowy, sloppy day and I remember that I was surprised they were filming in such lousy weather.
