...Adam Sandler plays a lonely rich commedian who hires Seth Rogan to be his writer/assistant and only friend.
Not very funny unless you think a dick reference every few minutes is hillarious.
Sandler's role is mostly dramatic which he pulls off ok.
Rogan's character is a moralistic shlub.
Overall the film is more sad and disturbing than laugh-out-loud fuunny.
With Rogan, it reminded me a little of "Observe and Report", which was edgier and more unsettling.
What the hell is Judd Apatow thinking? Just put his wife and kids in a film and the audience will love it?
