Of course not all German where murderers, look at the pictures of Nüremberg, but many where, until the bombs get over their heads.
Ah the film? Daniel Brühl is excellent so is Buscemi. The film is ok, very brutal showing the horror of the Japanese army massacring the Chinese in Najing.
Underlay with original scenes it is almost horrific to look at.
A mediocre film, but worth the view.
