Certainly a very fine "suspect." "The Long Goodbye," a Rob't. Altman

film with terrific performances from Elliot Gould and Sterling Hayden deserves mention in the modern era.
For a tiny budget film also to reach these heights is unusual but "Detour" certainly does. If you haven't seen this very short but endlessly fascinating little dark noir, you should.
