plays a partisan that's captured + tortured
Most noteable for a scene where McDowell cuts off a prisoners fingers + then strir-fries them

McDowell is so over-the-top in this as a total psychopath that the film was very quickly pulled from cinematic release

Apart from McDowells acting, this is not much of a film

Exists as a ( Japanese ) laser disc, but it's rare
