Pavement was perectly dry and clear as we've only had flurries, and it was bright and sunny.
The driver of the 18 wheeler just didn't look. I saw him coming over and honked and braked (couldn't go onto dshoulder because there was a guard rail on my left).
Could've been much worse. Coulda been likked or maimed.
