...it may be generally assumed it is to do whatever it is in the mind of the housebreaker to do.
As shown in "In Cold Blood", a intentional burglary can lead to escalations through no fault of the home's legal occupants.
With any possibility wrongful harm, I vote "Smith & Wesson" - doors represent a line not to be crossed uninvited.
