Apparently, the title is a play in the Camorrah crime family, but also an allusion to ancient Gomorrah of "Sodom and Gomorrah" fame . . . cities known for decadent behavior.
I thought it was extraordinary, and tuneout liked it as well (see discussion linked below, or just search and scroll down).
But I've moved on. Go see Sin Nombre . . . another fantastic movie.
