...right about it's spotty overall quality but I loved the over-the-top performances by Henrikson and, especially, Paxton. It's sloppy, chaotic, redneck abandonment is refreshing.
I should have been more clear in my mention of the film. I think it's a "Gritsy" film when compared to a lot of the teen-oriented emo-pap that's made today, for the most part. There are exceptions, i.e., Let The Right One In, for example.
